Rita has her first degree in Geography and Regional Planning and MBA in Business Administration.
She has been in the industry for over 20 years starting her career with RMS ( Now Kantar ) as a field interviewer, rising to the position of field supervisor and then to become a Qualitative Research executive before joining Nielsen where she worked for 14 years till she left in July 2020 as a Research Manager – heading the qualitative arm of the business as well as overseeing designated quantitative projects.
While in Nielsen, she managed and handled qualitative research projects across Nigeria and other West African countries. A three time recipient of the Nielsen “Simply Excellent’ award for outstanding and seamless project management and execution, Rita is well vast and also experienced in the usage of modern Qualitative research techniques and approaches.
Her experience spans several verticals including Finance, Telco, Textile, White goods, FMCG, Media, Information Technology, Oil & Gas, Power Solutions, Pharmaceutical and Social Research.

Nelly is a graduate of English, with a master’s degree in international relations & strategic studies. She has been in the industry for over 15 years starting her career with RMS ( Now Kantar ) as a field interviewer, rising to the position of field supervisor & trainer and then to become a Research executive in Practical Sampling International.
She has worked as a freelancer on qualitative projects for BIG Consulting (Ghana), Marketing Support Services, Random House (Ghana), Research International, Synovate, Qualiserve and Random Dynamics . She had a brief stint with First City Monument Bank and later worked with Nielsen as a Senior Research Executive in the Qualitative unit.
Her experience spans several verticals including Finance, Telco, FMCG, Media, Information Technology, Oil & Gas, Power Solutions etc.
Dorcas started her research career with quantitative research as a Field recruiter with Research and Marketing service (RMS) now Kantar in the year 2004, then rose to the position of an Executive interviewer in the qualitative aspect of research in 2005, and later as a Field Supervisor / Quality Controller in 2006. In 2009 she joined Practical Sampling International ( PSI) as Moderator/Quality Controller.
She has gained a lot of experience in research working with organizations like BBC Media Action, SFH, FMOH and GHAIN, on global health projects. She has also worked with Nielsen, Glopath and Partners as a moderator on various qualitative projects .
Dorcas Daniel-Iko is a graduate of Environmental Science from Kaduna Polytechnic Kaduna and have professional Certification in Science Lab Tech and a is a Licensed Flight Dispatcher with Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority trained from Nigeria College of Aviation Zaria.
She is fluent in English and Hausa languages.
